High Performance Aggregate Plant Produces Six Distinct Products
AMPCO Minerals has delivered a complete, high-performance aggregate crushing circuit designed for maximum efficiency and profitability for the leading privately held aggregates producer in Kenya. We collaborated closely with our client to design and implement an advanced system that produces six unique aggregate products from a single, streamlined operation.
From the powerful crushing capabilities of our primary jaw crusher to the refined output of the secondary cone and tertiary vertical shaft impact crushers, every component is optimized for performance. We have integrated reliable screening technology, including two four-deck incline vibrating screens and an incline scalping screen, along with magnets for tramp material separation. Additionally, robust grizzly and pan feeders are included, as well as a comprehensive conveyor system, all supported by custom-designed structures built for safety and efficiency.
Every element, from the feeders and conveyors to the designed support structures, was engineered in close collaboration with the customer to ensure maximum safety, minimal waste, and seamless compliance.
The fully commissioned plant is on track to produce 500,000 metric tons of aggregate annually.
