Coarse Material Washers

Coarse Material Washers break up soluble clays and scrub rock or debris from materials smaller than 75 mm or can be used to remove deleterious material. These washers feature heavy duty steel tubs, thick-walled shafts, bolted or welded spiral and paddle sections, with easy to change lower bearing assemblies, The heavy duty gearboxes enables the washers to handle heavy loads for extended periods. We offer optional alternative rotational speeds and easily replaceable wear-resistant parts, making maintenance simple.

BM Series Blade Mills

Blade Mills look similar to Coarse Material Washers on the outside; however, they are used in very different applications. Mounted at 0 to 5 degrees, Blade Mills are used to precondition material prior to screening and can handle much higher tonnages than a coarse washer. With the reduced angle and lower water requirements, coupled with more paddles, the Blade Mill effectively scrubs sand or clay deposits bound to aggregates, leaving a cleaner material to be screened.
